How to Create an Account and Register for the Event

Note: You must have an Account on the system in order to select trails.  Follow these simple instructions to Create an Account and Register for the Event.

How to Create an Account

  1. Click on the Create Account button on Website

  2. Fill in all the appropriate information

  3. Fill in the random letters / numbers in the box to prove you are not a robot!

  4. Click on submit

  5. Now that you have set up an Account, you will need to register one or more vehicles.

  6. Click on the link to add a Vehicle to your Account

  7. Fill in the appropriate information.  Note that your vehicle's capabilities / limitations MAY restrict you from some trails.

  8. Please enter valid license Plate Number and State of registration.

  9. Click the Create Vehicle button.

How to Register and Pay for the Jamboree with a Credit Card or PayPal

  1. Click on Register button on the Home Page of our Website

  2. A trail grid will display showing all the available trails during the Event.  Trails that are FULL and/or trails not suitable for your vehicle will have a large red X in them to indicate that they cannot be selected.  

  3. You can click on any trail name to read more about that trail.  Watch the rating!  We base the difficulity on all of our trails on a 1-10 scale.  Click here to learn more.

  4. Select the trails and days you want to run by clicking in the appropriate circle.

  5. When done, click on Add Trails to Cart and Continue

  6. If you have multiple vehicles, select which vehicle you will be using for each trail.

  7. Select your tickets for the BBQ dinner.  Pick your Adult tickets and quantity and click on Add to Cart.  Do the same for Kids tickets.

  8. If you want to purchase Flags, really cool Jamboree t shirts and sweats or mugs, click on continue shopping.

  9. When you are done ordering the items from the Store, the Shopping Cart will be displayed.  

  10. If you are helping lead or gun a trail, click on the Red button to apply your trail credits to your order.

  11. Click on make payment

  12. Fill in the necessary information and click on pay now - ONLY CLICK ONCE.  Your credit card will be charged and you will receive your invoice via email shortly.

How to Register and Pay for the Jamboree with an eCoupon

If you have a Registration and / or Dinner Coupon, do the following:

  1. Click on Register button on the Home Page of our Website

  2. A trail grid will display showing all the available trails during the Event.  Trails that are FULL and/or trails not suitable for your vehicle will have a large red X in them to indicate that they cannot be selected.  

  3. You can click on any trail name to read more about that trail.  Watch the rating!  We base the difficulity on all of our trails on a 1-10 scale.  Click here to learn more.

  4. Select the trails and days you want to run by clicking in the appropriate circle.

  5. When done, click on Add Trails to Cart and Continue

  6. If you have multiple vehicles, select which vehicle you will be using for each trail.

  7. Dinner and Registration eCoupons must be redeemed on separate orders.  Any purchases from the Store using your Credit Card or PayPal should also be done on a separate order.

  8. Enter the Registration eCoupon Code in the Coupon box

  9. Click the apply button to generate the Trail Credits

  10. Click the Red box to apply the Trail Credits to your purchase

  11. Click the make payment button

  12. Finish your order.

  13. Return to the Cart and select your BBQ dinners.

  14. Enter your Dinner eCoupon Code in the Coupon Box.

  15. Click apply

  16. Click on make payment

  17. Finish your second order.
